TERMS OF SERVICE

StreamUKTV provides an online video streaming service that allows clients to browse a variety of live and on-demand programs. By accessing or using any of the StreamUKTV services, you acknowledge and consent to these terms:

● Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We may, at any time and at our sole discretion, adjust these Terms and Conditions of Use, including our Privacy Policy, with or without notice to you. Any such alteration will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our Service and this Site following any such alteration constitutes your acknowledgment of these adjusted Terms.

● Minimum Age Requirement

To become a member and utilize the StreamUKTV services, you must be 18 years old or older.

● Usage and Service Terms

You may not, either directly or through the use of any device, software, internet site, web-based service, or other means, re-stream, distribute, broadcast, or transmit the content.

● Third-Party Purchases

Your transactions and other dealings with third-party vendors that are found on or through the service, including “buy now” and other comparable programs, are solely between you and such dealer.

● Quality of Streams

A perfect viewing experience depends on your network access and device capabilities. Factors such as your location, internet capacity, the number of devices connected to the same network, the content you have chosen, and the configuration of your device will impact stream quality. StreamUKTV does not guarantee content quality in these regards. Sharing a subscription will result in permanent suspension or device ban.

● VPN or Proxy Usage

Using VPN or proxy servers is not allowed while connecting to our servers and will result in permanent suspension.

● IPTV Subscription Usage

All IPTV packs available on StreamUKTV can only be used with one device at a time. If our system detects more than one connection, your account will be automatically suspended.

● Unsupported Regions

Our services are unavailable in the following countries: Iran and China.

● Accuracy of Information

All data you submit to our database must be accurate and updated. You are responsible for all use of your account.

● Compatibility

To access the services, you must use devices that meet the system and compatibility requirements established in our Help Center.

● Internet Service and Data Usage

You are responsible for any expenses related to your network access used to access our services.

● Sharing a Subscription

Sharing a subscription is not permitted. You can only have one active stream open at any given time. By purchasing additional connections, you can watch on multiple devices simultaneously.

● Purchase Details

To make a purchase, you must follow the ordering procedures described via the service. Pricing details for services and the procedures for payment and delivery are displayed via the service and are subject to change without notice.

● Number of Channels and Movies (VOD)

The number of channels and movies in the VOD library can change based on weekly updates.

● Suspension and Downtime

In addition to our rights to end or suspend your access, you acknowledge that your access and use of the services might be suspended during any unexpected or unscheduled downtime or unavailability of any portion or all of the services for any reason.

All correspondences and notices to be made or offered in accordance with this Agreement should be in the English language. We reserve the right to immediately terminate or restrict your use of the services or access to content at any time, without notice or liability, if StreamUKTV determines in its sole discretion that you have breached these Terms, or violated any law, rule, or regulation.

The StreamUKTV logo and other StreamUKTV marks and graphics are trademarks of StreamUKTV. None of the StreamUKTV trademarks may be copied, downloaded, or otherwise exploited.
